<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated September 15,2006 executed by James C Augustine, not
<br />personally but as Trustee on behalf of James C Augustine Revocable Living Trust dated
<br />October 26, 2000 and an Amendment to the Trust dated November 29, 2005, as amended as
<br />to an undivided one-half interest; and Nancy K Augustine, not personally but as Trustee on
<br />behalf of Nancy K Augustine Revocable Living Trust dated February 19, 1999 and an
<br />Amendment an reinstatement to the Trust dated November 29, 2005, as Amended as to an
<br />undivided one-half Interest in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as document 0200608651, on the 28th day of September, 2006,
<br />and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />LOT NINETEEN (19), BLOCK FOUR (4), REPLAT OF RIVERSIDE ACRES, AN
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
