<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />CYNTHIA L THOMPSON FIK/A CYNTHIA L NUTTER AND MARK L
<br />THOMPSON. WIFE AND HUSBAND to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the
<br />beneficimy named therein, dated SEPTEMBER 16.2005 and recorded SEPTEMBER 27.
<br />2005 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as lnstnunent
<br />200509572 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
