Pokorney and Joni R. Pokorney, husband and wife, Trustors <br />under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on June 30, <br />2004 as Instrument No. 0200406453, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />LOT ONE, BLOCK FORTY.THREE IN RUSSElLWHEELER'S ADDITION TO THE <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust.
