Materials were furnished and used in the course of the installation of a <br />heating and cooling system in the improvement to said property on November 28, 2006, <br />at the request of Thomas O'Neill, one of the owners of said property. and the balance <br />remaining due for said heating and cooling system and the installation of the same is the <br />sum of Three Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($3,800.00). <br /> <br />4.
