<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, formerly known as, Equitable
<br />Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, NE 68802, is
<br />hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by DUFFAY M
<br />HEMMINGSEN. AN UNMARRIED PERSON ,as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE BANK,
<br />formerly known as EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />formerly known as THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee,
<br />dated DECEMBER 19.2003 , and recorded DECEMBER 19. 2003 ,in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200316217
<br />regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.

<br />2. Deed of Partial Reconveyance. Whereas, a portion of the indebtedness secured
<br />by the trust deed, dated DECEMBER 19.2003 , executed by DUFFAY M HEMMINGSEN.
<br />AN UNMARRIED PERSON ,as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, and
<br />recorded on DECEMBER 19.2003 , in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, State of Nebraska, as Document No. 200316217 ,has been paid on
<br />MARCH 1n. 2007
<br />
<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by
<br />Equitable Bank, formerly known as Equitable Federal Savings Bank, formally known
<br />as The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska., A Federal Savings Bank,
<br />Successor to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, as beneficiary
<br />named in such trust deed, the undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties
<br />entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the
<br />undersigned under such trust deed in that portion of the property described therein,
<br />located in HALL County, State of Nebraska, described as follows:

<br />PARCEL 1: LOT TWENTY (20), BLOCK FOURTEEN (14), ASHTON PLACE, AN
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA

<br />The trust deed remains in full force and effect as to all other property described
<br />in the trust deed.

<br />In witness thereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of partial
