<br />AND NOll 00 DOLLARS ($43,000.00), conveys to GRANTEES, CASEY 1. CLAUSEN and
<br />ASHLEY M. CLAUSEN, husband and wife, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, the
<br />following-described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201) situated in Hall County,
