Notices or demands to <br /> <br />LESSEE shall be effective when deposited in the U. S. Mail by registered or certified <br /> <br />mail, return receipt requested, addressed to LESSEE at 3478 North High Street, <br /> <br />Columbus, Ohio 43214, or at such ather place as LESSEE may designate from time <br /> <br />to time in writing. <br /> <br />ARTICLE XX - NO [OINT VENTURE. SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS <br /> <br />20.1 Nothing in this Lease and no act or omission on the part of <br /> <br />either shall be deemed or construed to constitute the LESSOR and LESSEE as a <br /> <br />partnershiP or joint venture or to create any relationship other than that of landlord <br /> <br />and tenant. <br /> <br />20.2 The covenants, terms and conditions herein contained shall <br /> <br />inure to and bind the successors and assigns of both the LESSOR and LESSEE. <br /> <br />ARTICLE XXI - PERSONAL PROPERTY <br /> <br />21.1 It is contemplated that certain furnitare , fixtures and equip- <br /> <br />ment to be installed by LESSEE in the demised premises are or may be either leased <br /> <br />by LESSEE or purchased by LESSEE from a third party. In this connection, it is <br /> <br />agreed that all of such furniture, fixtures and equipment Installed by LESSEE in <br /> <br />of the method In ~hich the property of LESSEE and/or such "Third Party" is attached <br /> <br />the demised premises shall at all times be and remain personal property. regardless <br /> <br />or fixed to the demised premises. LESSOR specifically agrees that such furniture <br /> <br />and equipment shall at all tiines be deemed to be the'sole property of LESSEE and/or <br /> <br />such "Third Party", it being spe:::ificallY agreed by LESSOR herein that any such <br /> <br />"Third Party" shall have the right to remove the furnitu're. fixtures or equipment <br /> <br />from the demised premises tn the event of the default of LESSEE in complying <br /> <br />with its agreements. if any. relating to such furniture. fixtureS and equipment. <br /> <br />LESSOR shall execute any additional waivers. consentS. or other documents rea- <br /> <br />sonably required by LESSEE or any such "Third Party" to effectuate the terms of <br /> <br />en, i. , <br /> <br />-10- <br /> <br />,rfi <br />
