McNair, Trustor under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on August 31, 2005 as Instrument No. 0200508612, which <br />Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot Ten (10), Block Eleven (11), in Rollins Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the <br />terms of said Deed of Trust.
