<br />Instrument No. 0200411609 in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE IN
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed
<br />of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered;

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request ofthe
<br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or

<br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest ofthe land
