<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:

<br />WILLIAM L WERNER AND ROSEMARY WERNER, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />OCTOBER 25.1983 and recorded NOVEMBER 1. 1983 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT #83-005846
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered; ALSO RELEASING A DEED OF TRUST DATED MAY 27, 1988 AND
<br />RECORDED JUNE 6, 1988 AS DOCUMENT # 88-102889;
<br />
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises
<br />
<br />LOT THREE (3), IN BLOCK 2, NORMANDY ESTATES AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAbfD ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
