<br />U.S. Bank National Association, trustee under that certain Nebraska Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment
<br />of Rents and Leases ("Deed of Trust") dated June 28, 2005, and filed January 20, 2006, as 0200600568, of the
<br />Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska naming Richard Baasch and Arlene Baasch as Trustor, U.S_ Bank National
<br />Association as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association as original Trustee in consideration of performance in full
<br />by said Trustor of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby, does hereby reconvey to
<br />said Trustor the following described real estate, to wit:

<br />THE SOUTHERLY 44' LOT 1, BLOCK 62, ORIGINAL TOWN, NOW CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.

<br />hereby canceling and satisfying said Deed of Trust.

<br />Such reconveyance is given subject to all existing liens, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions not imposed upon said
<br />property by the undersigned, and is made for the sole and only purpose of satisfying of record the aforesaid Deed of
<br />Trust.
