<br />Line of Wildwood Drive; thence continuing North on a line to a Point Thirty Three Feet (33')
<br />North of and One Hundred Forty and Eighty Five Hundredths Feet (140.85') East of the
<br />Southwest Corner of Section Three (3), Township Ten (10), Range Nine (9), West of the Sixth
<br />P.M.; thence West on a Line Thirty Three Feet (33') North of an parallel to the South Line of
<br />Section Three (3), Township Ten (10), Range Nine (9), West of the Sixth P.M., and Section Four
<br />(4), Township Ten (10), Range Nine (9), West of the Sixth P.M., to the Point of Beginning.

<br />WHEREAS, such ordinance was approved on first reading on February 13,2007;
<br />
<br />and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, such ordinance was approved on second reading on February 27,
<br />
<br />2007.
<br />
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA:
<br />
<br />SECTION 1. That the above described tracts of land are hereby annexed into the
<br />
<br />City of Grand Island, and shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges, and shall be subject to
<br />
<br />all the laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations of the City of Grand Island.
<br />
<br />SECTION 2. Any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and
<br />
<br />hereby are, repealed.
<br />
<br />SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its
<br />
<br />passage and publication, within fifteen days in one issue of the Grand Island Independent as
<br />
<br />provided by law.
<br />
