<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />ROBERT A ARENDS AND NANCY C ARENDS. HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIA nON OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />OCTOBER 4.2006 and recorded OCTOBER 16.2006 in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument _200609177 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
