<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State
<br />Bar Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated
<br />September 30, 2003, executed by BRYAN L. FRENCH and DANA M.
<br />FRENCH, husband and wife, as Trustors, in which DOYLE L. WINFREY
<br />and VIOLET B. WINFREY of Grand Island, Nebraska, are named as
<br />Beneficiaries, and the undersigned as Trustee, which Deed was
<br />recorded on October 1, 2003, as Instrument No. 200313068 in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, and

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from DOYLE L. WINFREY
<br />and VIOLET B. WINFREY, husband and wife, of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, written request to reconvey the real estate described in
<br />the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />LOT TWO (2), D & V SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Deed of Tr'_lst i the undersigned, as Trustee;
<br />does hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee
<br />hereunder.
