Bielfeldt, husband and <br /> <br />wife, herein called the grantor whether one or more, ln <br /> <br />consideration of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) <br /> <br />received from grantees, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and <br /> <br />conf i rm unto Leonard G. Sp i ehs and Jean A. Sp i ehs, husband and <br /> <br />wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as <br /> <br />tenants in common, the following described real property in Hall <br /> <br />County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />The Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Sect i on Seven <br />Township Eleven (11), Range Eleven (11), West of <br />Sixth P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />( 7) , <br />the <br /> <br />To have and hold the above described premises together with <br />all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging <br />unto the grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns <br />of the survivor of them forever. Provided, this Deed is contingent <br />upon and subject to a reversion interest in the grantor if the <br />grantees sell or agree to sell the above described premlses to any <br />person or corporat i on other than the grantor, thei r hei rs and <br />assigns, for twenty (20) years from the date hereof. In the event <br />grantees offer to sell the above described premises or enter into <br />a real estate land contract with any person or corporation other <br />than the parties hereto, the grantor shall be given the fi rst <br />opportunity to purchase the same for the same price as offered by <br />any other person or corporation.
