<br />THAT WHEREAS, all ofthe indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />Stanley E. Bilslend and Donna J. Bilslend, Husband and Wife, Trustor, to Heritage Bank,
<br />Trustee, for the henefit of Heritage Bank, the Beneficiary named herein, dated January 10,
<br />2003 and recorded January 22,2003 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Document No. 0200300812 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested in writing this Deed of Reconveyance he executed and delivered as confirmed hy
<br />its endorsement below:

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request
<br />of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant,
<br />remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled there to all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described
<br />premised but only as to such premises:
