Stauss, a single person, Mark J. and Tracy L. Stauss, husband and wife; hereinafter referred to as the " Permittee." The City hereby grants to the Permittee a permit to connect the property at 220 South Elm Street to the City's sanitary sewer main by core drilling and saddle installation in accordance with Standard Plan 132A, all as shown on the attached drawing dated February 2, 2007 in accordance with the requirements of the Director of Public Works.
