<br />includes, but is not limited to, poJnt~of-sale transfers, automated teller machine transactions, transfers initiated by

<br />(L) "MiscellaneoQS Proceecls"means any compensation, settlement, award of damages, or proceeds paid by
<br />any third party (other than insura.uce proceeds paid under the cove.tages described (n Section 4) for: (i) dRmllgl'J to, or
<br />'destruction of, the Property; (ii) condemnation or othe:t taking of all or any part of the Property; (iii) conveyance in
<br />lieu of condemnation: or (iv) ntisreprcsllOtatioDs of. or omissions 8S to, the value and/or condition oftlle Property.
<br />(M) ..Pe....odic Payment" means the amounts as they become d.ue for principal, interest and other charges as
<br />provided fOr in the Oebt Instrument
<br />(N) ;'Successor in Interest of Bo.rrower" means any party that has taken title to the Property, whether or not
<br />that party has assumed Borrower's obligations under the Debt Instrument and/or this Security Instnunent
