W .B. located at the southwest corner of Brach I s Lake and <br />abutting Lot One (1), of John & Marie's Subdivision to the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />to be entered into lUIXlng Trustor; Arend R.
