<br />executed by Lynn E. Farr and Sherrie A. Farr, Husband and Wife , to
<br />Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law , Trustee, for. the

<br />beneficiary named therein, dated Febru7t\ 17 , 1988 ,and
<br />recorded February 19 , 19 88 , in the Of ice of the Reqister of

<br />Number 88-100828** , has been paid, and said beneficiary
<br />has requested J.n writinq that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered:

<br />accordance with the request of the beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following-described premises, but only as
<br />to such premises:
