Roberts and Romona J. Roberts. Husband & Wife <br />to Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law , Trustee, for the benef1t of <br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated May 9, 19B6 , <br />and recorded May 9. 1986 ,in the Office of the Reg1ster of <br />Ceeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number B6-1023S2 , <br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in wr1t1ng that <br />this Deed of Partial Recpnveyance be executed and delivered; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in <br />accordance with the request of the beneficiary named therein, the <br />undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, <br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the interest and estate derived to said Trustes by or through <br />said Trust Deed in the following-described premises, but only as <br />to such premises; Part of Lots Twel ve (12) and Thirteen (13), of Gaer Subdivision <br />of Lots Six (6) , Seven (7), and Eight (8) of Garrett's Subdivision of part of the East Half <br />(E ~) of Section Nine ( 9) , Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.
