<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of
<br />Trolst executed by Wilbur R. Roberts and Romona J. Roberts. Husband & Wife
<br />to Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law , Trustee, for the benef1t of
<br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated May 9, 19B6 ,
<br />and recorded May 9. 1986 ,in the Office of the Reg1ster of
<br />Ceeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number B6-1023S2 ,
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in wr1t1ng that
<br />this Deed of Partial Recpnveyance be executed and delivered;

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in
<br />accordance with the request of the beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the interest and estate derived to said Trustes by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following-described premises, but only as
<br />to such premises; Part of Lots Twel ve (12) and Thirteen (13), of Gaer Subdivision
<br />of Lots Six (6) , Seven (7), and Eight (8) of Garrett's Subdivision of part of the East Half
<br />(E ~) of Section Nine ( 9) , Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P. M or
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: First to ascertain the
<br />actual point of beginning at the intersection of the Southerly line of 20th Street and the
<br />Westerly line of Lot Thirteen (13) extended; thence in a Southerly direction along and upon
<br />the \1Iesterly line of Lot Thirteen (13) a distance of One Hundred Fifteen and Seventy Hundredths
<br />(115.70) feet; thence running Easterly a distance of One Hundred Thirty-two (132) feet to the
<br />Easterly line of Lot Twelve (12); thence running Northerly along and upon the Easterly line
<br />of Lot Twalve (12) a distance of One Hundred fifteen and Sixty Hundredths (115.60) feet to
<br />the SOJtherly line of 20th Street; thence in a \1Iesterly direction along and upon the Southerly
<br />line of 20th Street a distance of One Hundred Thirty-Lwo (132) feet to the point of beginning.

<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and
<br />appurtenances belonging to such premises, it being the intent
<br />that tha land hereby conveyed be discharged !rom said. Deed of
