EWOLDT, a single person, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), LOVE AND AFFECTION, received from Grantee, does quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto MARY A. EWOLDT, a single person, individually, herein called the Grantee, all of my right, title, claim and interest in and to the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: Tract One: Tract Two: The West Half of the East Half (W~E~) of Lot Two (2), on Mainland and on the Island, in Section One (1), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, containing about 9.25 acres more or less. Tract Three: Lots Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9) and Fractional Lot Ten (10) and Eleven (11) and the vacated Street all in Block Three (3), Powells Addition to the Village of AIda, AIda, Nebraska.
