<br />Grantor, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), LOVE AND
<br />AFFECTION, rec~iveJ from Grantee, does quitclaim, grant,
<br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto MARY A. EWOLDT, a
<br />single person, individually, herein called the Grantee, the
<br />following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />Lots Three (3) and Four (4), all in Section Nine (9),
<br />Township (9) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th
<br />P.M.; and

<br />Tract Two:

<br />All of my interest, if any, in the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NE~) of Section Thirtv-six (36), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Ten (lO),"Hall County, including, but not
<br />necessarily limited to, the following:

<br />A. East Thirty-five Acres (E35) of the East Half of
<br />the Northeast Quarter (E~NE~) of Section Thirty-
<br />six (36), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten
<br />(10), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />more particularly described as follows: Commencing
<br />at the Northeast corner of said Section 36, and
<br />running West along the North line of said Section
<br />a distance of 35 rods; thence running South at
<br />right angles a distance of 160 rods to the South
<br />line of said NE~; thence running East at right
<br />angles a distance of 35 rods to the Southeast
<br />corner of said NE~; thence running North to the
<br />place of beginning.
