<br />in his al"d hAr own right and as spouse of the other, herein
<br />called the Grantors, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00),
<br />LOVE AND AFFECTION, received from Grantee, do quitclaim,
<br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto MARY A. EWOLDT,
<br />a single person, individually, herein called the Grantee,
<br />the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />An undivided one-half (~) interest in the East
<br />Thirty-five Acres (E35) of the West Forty-five
<br />Acres (W45) of the East Half of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (E~NE~), in Section Thirty-six (36), in
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10), West
<br />of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska more
<br />particularly described as follows: Commencing at
<br />a point on the North boundary line of said NE~
<br />which is 35 rods West of the Northeast corner of
<br />said NE~; running thence West along the North
<br />boundary line of said NE~ 35 rods, thence South at
<br />right angles, and parallel with the East boundary
<br />line of said NE~ 160 rods; thence East along the
<br />South boundary line of said NE~ 35 rods; then
<br />North at right angles and parallel with the East
<br />line of said NE~ 160 rods to the place of beginning.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereto belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's heirs
<br />and assigns forever.
