<br />herein called the Grantors, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR
<br />($1.00), LOVE AND AFFECTION, received from Grantee, do
<br />quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br />MARY A. EWOLDT, a single person, individually, herein called
<br />the Grantee, the following described real property in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,

<br />six (36), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten
<br />(10), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />more particularly described as follows: Commencing
<br />at the Northeast corner of said Section 36, and
<br />running West along the North line of said Section
<br />a distance of 35 rods; thence running South at
<br />right angles a distance of 160 roas to the South
<br />line of said NE~; thence running East at right
<br />angles a distance of 35 rods to the Southeast
<br />corner of said NE~; thence running North to the
<br />place of beginning.

<br />An undivided one-half (~) interest in the East
<br />Thirty-five Acres (E35) of the West Forty-five
<br />Acres (W45) of the East Half of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (E~NE~), in Section Thirty-six (36), in
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10), West
<br />of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska more
<br />particularly described as follows: Commencing at
<br />a point on the North boundary line of said NE~
<br />which is 35 rods West of the Northeast corner of
<br />said NE~; running thence West along the North
<br />boundary line of said NE~ 35 rods; thence South at
<br />right angles, and parallel with the East boundary
<br />line of said NE~ 160 rods; thence East along the
<br />South boundary line of said NE~ 35 rods; then
<br />North at right angles and parallel with the East
<br />line of said NE~ 160 rods to the place of beginning.
