<br />88- 106847 <br /> <br />DEED <br /> <br />1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its city <br />Council on November 7, 1988, enacted Ordinance No. 7506 which <br />directed the conveyance of the real estate described below and the <br />manner and terms thereof. <br /> <br />2. Ordinance No. 7506 was published in the Grand Island <br />Daily Independent according to law, and notice of such sale and <br />the terms thereof was published in the Grand Island Daily <br />Independent, a newspaper published in and of general circulation <br />in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, for three consecutive <br />weeks, on November 15, November 22, and November 29, 1988, all as <br />required by section 16-202, R.R.S. 1943, as amended. <br /> <br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the City <br />Council of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, within <br />thirty days of the passage and publication of Ordinance No. 7506. <br /> <br />4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 7506 provides that if no <br />remonstrance is filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City <br />Clerk shall make, execute, and deliver to DAVID J. WETHERILT and <br />SUSAN L. WETHERILT, husband and wife, a deed for said real estate, <br />and the execution of such deed is hereby authorized without further <br />action on behalf of the City Council. <br /> <br />5. NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a <br />municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in <br />consideration of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) received from <br />the Grantees, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm <br />unto <br /> <br />DAVID J. WETHERILT and SUSAN L. WETHERILT, <br /> <br />husband and wife, with right of survivorship, the following <br />described real estate: <br /> <br />Lots Eighteen (18) and Twenty-one (21), Regency By The <br />Green Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />To have and to hold the above described premises, together <br />with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto <br />
