Hastings, husband and wife; Jerry M. <br />Radcliff and Joan K. Radcliff, husband and wife; Galen L. Sterner <br />and Delores J. Sterner, husband and wife; and "John Doe", real <br />and true name unknown, Defendants, the object and prayer of which <br />is to foreclose a certain mortgage of $41,600.00 on the following <br />described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />The Southerly Seventy Feet (S70') of Lot Five (5), <br />Block One Hundred Three (103), in Koenig and Wiebe's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br /> <br />given by the Defendants Jerry M. Radcliff and Joan K.
