<br />You are hereby notified that on the ~ day of
<br />December, 1988, The Equitable Building and Loan Association, a
<br />Nebraska corporation, Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska against Charles W.
<br />Hastings and Carolyn E. Hastings, husband and wife; Jerry M.
<br />Radcliff and Joan K. Radcliff, husband and wife; Galen L. Sterner
<br />and Delores J. Sterner, husband and wife; and "John Doe", real
<br />and true name unknown, Defendants, the object and prayer of which
<br />is to foreclose a certain mortgage of $41,600.00 on the following
<br />described real estate, to-wit:
<br />
<br />The Southerly Seventy Feet (S70') of Lot Five (5),
<br />Block One Hundred Three (103), in Koenig and Wiebe's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />
<br />given by the Defendants Jerry M. Radcliff and Joan K. Radcliff,
<br />on the 1st day of July, 1977, to the Plaintiff, and that said
<br />mortgage was duly filed for record in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska on July 20, 1977, and duly
<br />recorded as Document No. 77-004110 of the Mortgage Records of
<br />said county thereof.

<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due $19,578.90 on said
<br />mortgage, plus interest thereon at $4.41 per diem commencing
<br />December 1, 1988, and the Bond it was given to secure, and it
<br />prays for the sale of the real estate above described to satisfy
<br />the amount found due on its mortgage and interest and costs of
<br />that action. ~
