88-106806 TRUSTEE'S DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by HAROLD GREEN, JR. and DELORES A. GREEN, husband and wife, to AREND R. BAACK, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary n~med therein, dated June 30, 1988, and recorded July 8, 1988, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 88-103693, has been partially paid, and said beneficiary has re~uested in writing that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following-described premises, but only as to such premises; Lots Fourteen (14) and Fifteen (15), in Eagle Lake Estates Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises, it being the intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land described remain as heretofore.
