<br />the entombment of deceased human beings, and is made subject to the rules and regula-
<br />tions of The Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery Association, as the same are now in
<br />force, or as they may be hereafter amended by the Board of Directors of the Grantor
<br />herein, and the Granteelsl in accepting this Certificate binds herself ,
<br />and assigns, to comply with and abide by such rules and regulations.

<br />No transfer or assignment of any right or interest of the Grantee{s) herein shall be
<br />valid or effective until such transfer or assignment shall have been approved by the
<br />Grantor and such transfer or assignment properly recorded OD the books and records in
<br />tbe office of the Grantor,

<br />In consideration of the payment of the full purchase price of the above mausoleum(s),
<br />The Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery Association agrees to set apart, as a trust fund,
<br />s sum as provided by the laws of the State of Nebraska, as endowed cnre for the benefit
<br />of the Mausoleum owners.
