<br />TJlIlIIENCE SCIlMIIJl' and BARBARA A, SCIlMIIJl', Husband and Wife, whether one or
<br />IIDre, herein called the Trustor, and Arend Daaek, Attorney at Law, hereinafter
<br />referred to as Trustee, and The OVerland National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as Beneficiary, hereby agree as follows:
<br />
<br />1. Trustor has executed and delivered to T:lUstee a Deed of Trust dated
<br />Decanber 2, 1983, and recorded on Decanber 5, 19B3, as Docunent No. 83-006413 in
<br />the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, in
<br />consideration of a certain Deed of Trust note for $75,000.00, a valid subsisting
<br />obligation of the Trustor, and payment of the remainder of the principal and accrued
<br />interest thereon shall be due according to the tenns of the aforanentioned Deed of
<br />Trust, mocIified and eKtended and payable in the following manner:
<br />
<br />A Deed of Trust note elated Decanber 2, 1983, on which a principal
<br />balance of $58,232.91 now ranains unpaid, will be repaid in IIDnthly
<br />installments of $950.00 each, with a final maturity of Decanber 10,
<br />1996, at an interest rate of 1.0% below lender's reference rate as
<br />established fran time to time, with the initial rate being 12.1)%
<br />per annun. There will no longer be a floor or ceiling on the interest
<br />rate of this note.
<br />
<br />2. All other tenns and conditions contained in the original Deed of Trust
<br />elated Decanber 2, 19B3, shall remain the same, and this Modification Agreanent is
<br />made a part of the original Deed of Trust by reference and shall inure to all
<br />successors and assigns and their heirs.
<br />
