<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition has been filed in the
<br />District Court of Hall County wherein Norwest Bank Nebraska,
<br />N .A., a Federal Banking Institution, f/k/a The First National
<br />Bank of Grand Island, is Plaintiff and James A. Lively and Marion
<br />A. Lively, a/k/a Marion A. Dawson, husband and wife, are
<br />Defendants, the objact and prayer of which is to obtain an
<br />accounting from said Defendants on the amount due Plaintiff on a
<br />Mortgage dafed July 5, 19B3 and filed in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on July 15, 1983 as
<br />Document No. B3-003746 wherein James A. Lively and Marion A.
<br />Lively, a/k/a Marion A. Dawson, husband and wife,. mortgaged to
<br />Norweet Bank Nebraska, N.A., a Federal Banking Institution, f/k/a
<br />The First National Bank of Grand Island, the following-described
<br />real estate situated in Hall County, NebraSka, to-wit:

<br />surveyed, platted

<br />to obtain a foreclosure of said mortgage, and to have the same
<br />declared lien upon the interest of James A. Lively and Marion A.
<br />Lively, a/k/a Marion A. Dawson, husband and wife, in said real
<br />estate and appurtenances thereto, and to have said real estate
<br />and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount so found due,
<br />together with the costs of suit, and to foreclosure the said
<br />James A. Lively and Marion A. Lively, a/k/a Marion A. Dawson,
<br />husband and wife, of all right, title, interest, lien, claim,
<br />demand and equity of redemption whatsoever in and to the said
<br />real estate and appurtenances thereto; together with such other
<br />and further relief as the Court may deem just and equitable.
