<br />WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, wherein COMMERCIAL FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a
<br />corporation, waa Plaintiff and GARY L BORUCH, DENISE M. BORUCH and others,
<br />were Defendants, being filed as Case No. 93-276, there waa entered, on
<br />August 3D, 1988, a Decree of forecloaure finding that there was due
<br />Plaintiff the sum set forth in Plaintiff's Petition, and unless
<br />Defendants, or one of them, within twenty days from the date of said
<br />Decree pays to Plaintiff, the amount so found due with interest and costs,
<br />that David C, Huston, Master Commissioner, should sell as upon execution,
<br />according to law, the real estate hereinafter described; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, default having been made therein,
<br />did, on November 2, 1988, having first given due
<br />time and place of said sale as provided by law,
<br />public auction to COMMERCIAL FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />Plaintiff hereinj and
<br />
<br />the Haster Commissioner
<br />and legal notice of the
<br />sell said property at
<br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the purchaser's bid was assigned to the Administration of
<br />Veterans Affairs, its successors and assigns; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said sale was afterwards and on November 17, 1988, duly
<br />examined and confirmed by said Court and said Master Commissioner was
<br />then and there ordered and directed by said Court to execute and deliver
<br />to said Purchaser a deed conveying said property in fee simple to said
<br />Purchaser.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, It David C. Huston, Master Commissioner, in
<br />consideration of the premises, and by virtue of the powers vested in me
<br />by the laws of the State of Nebraska, and said Decree of foreclosure of
<br />said Court and the Order confirming said sale, and in order to carry into
<br />effect the sale so made as aforesaid, and in consideration of the sum of
<br />$30,000.00, the receipt whereof being hereby acknowledged, do hereby
<br />g"rant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the ADMINISTRATOR OF
<br />VETERANS AFFAIRS, and to its successors and assigns forever, the following
<br />described real estate, to-wit:

<br />Nebraska,

<br />Tenths Feet ( 70.5') of Lot Ten 110), in

<br />9, West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />
<br />the same being the property that was sald as aforesaid, and the same being
<br />the premises described in said Decree.

<br />HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the ADMINISTRATOR OF VETERANS
<br />its successors and assigns, forever.
