<br />
<br />1. The city of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its city
<br />council on October 24, 1988, enacted Ordinance No. 7503 which
<br />directed the conveyance of the real estate described below and the
<br />manner and terms thereof.
<br />
<br />2. Ordinance No. 7503 was published in the Grand Island
<br />Daily Independent according to law, and notice of such sale and
<br />the terms thereof was published in the Grand Island Daily
<br />Independent, a newspaper published in and of general circulation
<br />in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, for three consecutive
<br />weeks, on November 1, November 8, and November 15, 1988, all as
<br />required by Section 16-202, R.R.S. 1943, as amended.
<br />
<br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the City
<br />council of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, within
<br />thirty days of the passage and publication of Ordinance No. 7503.
<br />
<br />4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 7503 provides that if no
<br />remonstrance is filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City
<br />Clerk shall make, execute, and deliver to CLARENCE L. SHUDA and
<br />VERNIE K. SHUDA, husband and wife, a deed for said real estate, and
<br />the execution of such deed is hereby authorized without further
<br />action on behalf of the City Council.

<br />5. NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a
<br />municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in
<br />consideration of Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($6,500.00)
<br />received from the Grantees, does hereby grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey, and confirm unto
<br />
<br />CLARENCE L. SHUDA and VERNIE K. SHUDA,
<br />
<br />husband and wife, the following described real estate:
<br />
<br />Lot Thirty-seven (37), Regency By The Green Subdivision
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises, together
<br />with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto
<br />
