As a result of this renunciation and disclaimer, the Decedent's interest in the undivided one-half interest in the .. afore-described real estate being renounced and disclaimed herein will pass pursuant to Paragraph FOURTH of the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent, Thomas Thomsen, dated May 14, 1976, as follows: "FOURTH: Subject to the provisions hereinafter made for a life estate to my wife, Ella'Thomsen, in one-half of the real estate described in Paragraph SECOND above, I give, devise and bequeath said undivided one-half interest therein to my daughter, Celia B.
