<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Colonial Central Savings Bank,
<br />FSB, a United States of America Corporation, the party of the first part, in
<br />consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, to

<br />and made by DOUGLAS L. DEMERS AND TAMARA J. DEMERS. HUSBAND AND WIFE

<br />to Colonial Central Savings Bank, FSB and all its right, title and interest
<br />to the premises therein described, as follows. to-wit:

<br />LOT TWELVE (12). BISHOP HEIGHTS THIRD SUBDIVISION. HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />Together with the note therein described, and tRe money due or to become due
<br />thereunder, including interest thereon, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto
<br />the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever,
<br />subject only to the p'Covisions of said INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE therein
<br />contained.

<br />And the party of the first part does hereby make, constitute and appoint the
<br />said party of the second part, its true and lawful attorney, irrl..vocable, in
<br />its name. or otherwise, but at their own proper costs and charges, to have.
<br />use. and take all lawful ways and means for the recovery of the said money
<br />and interest, and, in case of payment, to discharge the snme as the part of
<br />the first part might. or could do, if these presents were not made.
