<br />NORTHWEST QUARTER (E!NWll OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH, RANGE 10, OF
<br />THE 6TH P. M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />Together with the note therein described, and the .money due or to become due

<br />the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever,
