<br />KNm~ ALL HEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Colonial Central Savings Bank,
<br />FSB, a United States of America Corporation, the party of the first part I in
<br />consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, to

<br />receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged. has granted, bargained, sold,

<br />and made by DANNY D. QUICK AND ALICE M. QUICK, HUSBAND AND
<br />WIFE,
<br />to Colonial Central Savings Bank, FSB and all its right, title and interest
<br />to the premises therein described, as follows, to-wit:
<br />THE EAST HALF (~) OF LOTS FOURTEEN (14) AND SIXTEEN (16), IN BLOCK
<br />TWELVE (12) IN COLLEGE ADDITION TO WEST LAWN, IN THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />Together with the note therein described, and the. money due or to become due
<br />thereunder, including interest thereon, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto
<br />the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever,
<br />subject only to the provisions of said INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE therein
<br />contained.

<br />And the party of the first pnrt does hereby make, constitute and appoint the
<br />said party of the second part, itA true and lawful attorney, irrevocable, in
<br />its name, or otherwise, but at their own proper costs and charges, to have,
<br />use, and take all lawful ways and means for the recovery of the said money
<br />and interest, and, in case of payment, to discharge the S8me as the part of
<br />the first part might, or could do, if these presents were not made.
