<br />TWENTY ONE (2 iJ, KERNOHAN & DECKER"S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL

<br />Together with the note therein described, and the money due or to become due
<br />thereunder, including interest thereon, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto
<br />the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever.
