<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA AND FRACTIONAL LOT 4, IN BLOCK 116, IN KOENIG AND
<br />WIEBE'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE NORTHERLY 85.3 FEET THEREOF.

<br />Together with the note therein described, and the money due or to become due
<br />thereunder, including interest thereon, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto
<br />the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever.
