<br />FSB, a United States of America Corporation, the party of the first part, in

<br />party of the second part, its successors and assigns, a certain INDENTURE OF
<br />MORTGAGE, Dated OCTOBER 24, 1986 , Recorded as DOCUMENT NO. 86-106133
<br />of the Mortgage Records of HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />and made by BILLY B. WRIGHT AND HILDEGARD WRIGHT

<br />to Colonial Central Savings Bank, FSB and all its right, title and interest
<br />to the premises therein described, as follows, to-wit:
<br />FRACTIONAL LOT 6 IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK 13 OF RUSSEL WHEELER'S ADDITION OF THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND. NEBRASKA AND ITS COMPLEMENT, TO-WIT: ALL THAT PART OF
<br />FRACTIONAL LOT 7, IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK 140 OF UNION PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY'S
<br />SECOND ADDITION LYING MORE THAN 66 FEET WEST OF THE EAST LINE OF SAID FRACTIONAL
<br />LOT 7, IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK 140 OF UNION PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY'S SECOND ADDITION.
<br />TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />Together with the note therein described, and the money due or to become due
<br />thereunder, including interest thereon, TO HAVE AND TO 1I0LD the same unto
<br />the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever,
<br />subject only to the provisions of said INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE therein
<br />contained.
<br />
<br />And the party of the first part does hereby make, constitute and appoint the
<br />said party of the second part, its true and lawful attorney, irrevocable, in
<br />its name, or otherwise, but at their own proper costs and chargest to havet
<br />use, and tske all lawful ways and means for the recovery of the said money
<br />and interest, and, in case of payment, to discharge the same as the part of
<br />the first part might, or could do, if these presents were not made.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Colonial Central Savings Bank, FSB a corporation of the
