88-106302 CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY Electrical Contractors, Inc., Assignee, does hereby assign to the FIVE POINTS BANK, of Grand Island, Nebraska, as additional security for payment of a loan made to Assignors by Assignor in the amount of $20,000.00 the Lease dated March l, 1975 for the following described premises: The South Half (Slz) o.f Lot Fifteen (15), and All of Lot Sixteen (16), having a lake front footage of 70 feet, situated on the East side of the East. portion of Kuester Lake and being located on a part of the East Half of the southwest Quarter (Elzsw~) in Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (ll) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, as shown on a plat of said property in the possession of Kuester Lake, Inc., Lessor, under a Lease.dated march 1, 1975, and known as No. 3B, Kuester Lake, Grand Island, Nebraska, and all improvements thereon. It is understood that if the Assignor pays eaid indebtedness of $20,000.00, with interest and according to the provisions of the Bond and Finan~ing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further force or effect.
