<br />Trustee's Deed <br /> <br />ss- 106298 <br /> <br />Page Two <br /> <br />of the Hall County Courthouse, Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, which Notice was published in The <br />Grand Island Daily Independent, once a week <br />for five consecutive weeks, commencing on <br />September 20, 1988 and ending on October 18, <br />1988. Notice of the Trustee's Sale was served <br />upon the Trustors by certified mail, return <br />receipt requested, on or about September 16, <br />1988. <br /> <br />5. Copies of the Substitution of Trustee, Notice <br />of Default and Notice of Sale were also served <br />upon Jason Cornelius and Tara Cornelius, minor <br />children of Ronald C. Cornelius and Tammy R. <br />Cornelius, by sending copies of the same to <br />Tammy R. Cornelius on the same dates that the <br />Substitution of Trustee, Notice of Default and <br />Notice of Sale were served upon the Trustors by <br />certified mail, return receipt requested. <br /> <br />6. The Successor Trustee conducted the sale of <br />the real property at public auction on November <br />16, 198B at 9:00 a.m. in Grand Island, Hall <br />~ounty, Nebraska. The Successor Trustee <br />accepted the bid of Nebraska Investment Finance <br />Authority, successor in interest to Nebraska <br />Mortgage Finance Fund in the sum of Thirty <br />Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($30,600.00), <br />which bid was the highest bid received for <br />said property. Grantor has complied with the <br />requirements of Neb. Statutes sections 76-1001 <br />through 76- l018, R.R.S., 1943, in the exercise <br />of the sale of the real property described <br />herein, at the Trustee's sale held on November <br />16, 198B. <br /> <br />This Deed shall operate to convey to the Grantee, without <br />right of redemption, the Grantor's title and all right, title, <br />interest and claim of the Trustors and their successors in inter- <br />est and of all persons claiming by, through or under them, in and <br />to the property sold, including all such right, title, interest <br />and claim in and to said property acquired by the Trustors or <br />their successors in interest subsequent to the execution of the <br />Trust Deed. <br /> <br />This Deed is subject to any and all easements, restrictions, <br />covenants and encumbrances or record and any rights which Grantor <br />is not entitled to convey. <br /> <br />Dated this 2~~ day of November, 19B8. <br /> <br /> <br />R~~GI/~or Trustee <br /> <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br /> <br />ss. <br /> <br />COUNTY OF DOUGLAS <br /> <br />On this 2.3e day of November, 19BB, before me, the under- <br />signed, a Notary Public, duly commissioned and qualified for in <br />said county, personally came RONALD L.
