Trustee's Deed ss- 106298 Page Two of the Hall County Courthouse, Grand Island, Nebraska, which Notice was published in The Grand Island Daily Independent, once a week for five consecutive weeks, commencing on September 20, 1988 and ending on October 18, 1988. Notice of the Trustee's Sale was served upon the Trustors by certified mail, return receipt requested, on or about September 16, 1988. 5. Copies of the Substitution of Trustee, Notice of Default and Notice of Sale were also served upon Jason Cornelius and Tara Cornelius, minor children of Ronald C. Cornelius and Tammy R. Cornelius, by sending copies of the same to Tammy R. Cornelius on the same dates that the Substitution of Trustee, Notice of Default and Notice of Sale were served upon the Trustors by certified mail, return receipt requested. 6. The Successor Trustee conducted the sale of the real property at public auction on November 16, 198B at 9:00 a.m. in Grand Island, Hall ~ounty, Nebraska. The Successor Trustee accepted the bid of Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, successor in interest to Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund in the sum of Thirty Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($30,600.00), which bid was the highest bid received for said property. Grantor has complied with the requirements of Neb. Statutes sections 76-1001 through 76- l018, R.R.S., 1943, in the exercise of the sale of the real property described herein, at the Trustee's sale held on November 16, 198B. This Deed shall operate to convey to the Grantee, without right of redemption, the Grantor's title and all right, title, interest and claim of the Trustors and their successors in inter- est and of all persons claiming by, through or under them, in and to the property sold, including all such right, title, interest and claim in and to said property acquired by the Trustors or their successors in interest subsequent to the execution of the Trust Deed. This Deed is subject to any and all easements, restrictions, covenants and encumbrances or record and any rights which Grantor is not entitled to convey. Dated this 2~~ day of November, 19B8.
