Ewoldt, <br />Assignee, all of the undersigned's right, title and interest, <br />both legal and equitable, in and to all of the undersigned's <br />beneficial interest and distributive share of the Estate of <br />Arthur R. Ewoldt, deceased. <br /> <br />The undersigned hereby directs the Personal Representa- <br />tive to distribute to herself, individually, as Assignee <br />hereunder, absolutely and free of trust, all of the share <br />of the Estate of Arthur R.
