<br />Hall county, Nebraska, Stewart Title Guaranty Company has
<br />been replaced as trustee under the Deed of Trust by the
<br />Trustee.
<br />
<br />Default occurred under the terms of the Deed of Trust
<br />and the obligations secured thereby, as more particularly set
<br />forth in the notice of default dated May 12, 198B and filed
<br />May 13, 1988, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Document Number 88-102430 (the "Notice
<br />of Default").
<br />
<br />On May 16, 1988, copies of the Notice of Default, with
<br />the recording date shown thereon, were mailed to the Trustor
<br />and other interested parties by certified mail, return
<br />receipt requested, postage prepaid, as provided in Section
<br />1008 of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act.
<br />
<br />After the lapse of not less than one (1) month after the
<br />recording of the Notice of Default, in consequence of the
<br />Notice of Default and in compliance with the terms of the
<br />Deed of Trust, a notice of trustee's sale was executed,
<br />stating that the above-described property would be sold at
<br />public auction to the highest bidder at the front door of the
<br />Hall County Courthouse in Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on September 12, 1988, at 10:00 a.m. The notice of
<br />trustee's sale was published in the Grand Island Daily
<br />Independent, a newspaper having general circulation in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, with the first publication being made on
<br />August 3, 1988, and thereafter on August 8, 1988, August 15,
<br />1988, August 22, 1988 and August 29, 1988.

<br />On August 4, 1988, copies of said notice of trustee's
<br />sale were mailed to the Trustor and other interested parties
<br />by certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid,
<br />as provided in Section 1008 of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act.
<br />
<br />On September 12, 1988, the trustee's sale was postponed
<br />by public declaration at the time and place appointed for the
<br />sale as provided in Section 1009 of the Nebraska Trust Deeds
<br />Act. Thereafter, a notice of trustee's sale was executed,
<br />stating that the above-described property would be sold at
<br />public auction to the highest bidder at the front door of the
<br />Hall County Courthouse in Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on November 8, 1988, at 10:00 a.m. The notice of
<br />trustee's sale was published in the Grand Island Daily
<br />Independent, a newspaper having general circulation in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, with the first publication being made on
<br />September 26, 1988, and thereafter on October 3, 19B8,
<br />October 10, 198B, October 17, 1988, and October 24, 1988.
