Badami, Trustee, in accordance with the procedure set forth in a <br />certsinDeed of Trust and promissory note dated April 30, 1982 wherein ALAN <br />R. OGG AND CONNIE J, OGG, are designated as Trustors-Borrowers, JOSEPH H. <br />BADAMI is designated as Trustee, and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF LINCOLN, a United States Corporation, is designated as <br />Beneficiary-Lender. Said Deed of Trust was filed for record in.the Register <br />of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, on April 30, 1982, in Document No. <br />82-001710, Said Deed of Trust grants to Joseph H. Badami, Trustee, the <br />power and sale over the following described property: <br /> <br />Lot Five (5), Block Three (3), in Westerhoff's First <br />Subdivision, except the East Thirteen (E13) feet and <br />the Westerly Forty (W40) feet, an Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />Further Joseph H. Badami, Trustee, states that the said <br />Trustors-Borrowers have breached an obligation of said Deed of Trust and <br />accompany promissory note by failing to pay the monthly installments of <br />principal and interest of ~560.00 for the months of August, September, <br />October and November, 1988, as agreed upon in said promissory note, As a <br />result of this breach, said Trustee, Joseph H. Badami, has elected to <br />exercise the power of sale and to sell or cause to be sold, the afore- <br />mentioned property to satisfy the ligation ~f Trustors. <br /> <br /> <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br /> <br />ss. : <br /> <br />Lancaster County <br /> <br />Before me, the undersigned Notary Public, qualified and acting for <br />and in said County and State, appeared JOSEPH H.
