LaPuzza, Trustee, hereinafter referred to as <br />Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, <br />hereby grants and conveys to Western Securities Company, herein <br />referred to as Grantee, without any covenant or warranty expressed <br />or implied, all of the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter <br />(SE1/4SE1/4) of Section Twenty (20), in TownShip Eleven <br />(11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., More <br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at a <br />point on the Southeasterly line of Del Monte Avenue <br />said point being 628.0 feet southwesterly from the <br />Northwesterly corner of Lot One (1) Block Five (5) Bel <br />Air Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraskar <br />thence running southeasterly parallel to the <br />southwesterly line of said Lot One (1) a distance of <br />One Hundred Twenty six (126) Feet thence running <br />southwesterly parallel to the southeasterly line of Del <br />Monte Avenue a distance of Sixty six (66) feetr thence <br />running northwesterly parallel to the Southwesterly <br />line of said Lot One (1) a distance of One Hundred <br />Twenty six (126) feetr thence running northeasterly <br />along and upon the southeasterly line of Del Monte <br />Avenue a distance of Sixty Six (66) feet to the place <br />of beginning, in Hall county, Nebraskar <br /> <br />this conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on <br />Grantor by that Trust Deed dated the Jrd day of october, 1980, <br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska on the Jrd day of October, 1980, as Instrument <br />No. 80-005560 of the mortgage records of said county, which Deed <br />of Trust was assigned to Western Securities Company, between <br />Edward F. Brozek and Jane A. Brozek, Husband and Wife, as <br />Trustor, Paul J. LaPuzza, Trustee and Superior Mortgage, Inc., as <br />beneficiary, wherein the Trustors granted and conveyed to such <br />Trustee, on the Trusts therein expressed, the property <br />hereinabove described to secure, among other obligations, the <br />payment of a certain note and interest described in said Trust <br />
