88- 106180 AFFIDAVIT STATE OF NEBRASKA SS: COUNTY OF HALL JACK L. HANSEN, being first duly sworn on oath, deposes and says as follows: 1. 7th day date of deceased Jan Hansen, also known as Janice A. Hansen, died on the of December, 1987, at Grand Island, Nebraska, and on the her death, she was his spouse. The affiant and the were married on the 7th day of August, 1965. 2. On the date of the death of the said Janice A. Hansen, she was not possessed of any property in her own name and right, but she had an interest in property as a joint tenant with the affiant herein. The affiant and Jan Hansen, also known as Janice A. Hansen, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, had an interest in that real estate described as follows: The Easterly Twenty-Two Feet (E 22') of the Northerly Sixty Feet (N 60') of Lot Seven (7), and the Northerly Sixty Feet (N 60') of Lot Eight (8), in Block One Hundred Seven (107), in Railroad Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall county, Nebraska, together with the easement for water and gas lines across part of Lot Seven (7), Block One Hundred Seven (107), Railroad Addition, granted by easement recorded in Book 4 of Miscellaneous Records, at Page 263, and further easement over and upon the Southerly Six Feet (S 6') of the Northerly Sixty-six Feet (N 66') of the Easterly Twenty-two Feet (E 22') of said Lot Seven (7), and over and upon the Southerly Six Feet (5 6') of the Northerly Sixty-six Feet (N 66') of Lot Eight (8), Block One Hundred Seven (107), Railroad Addition, for the purpose of maintenance and repair of any buildings situated on the property herein conveyed, which easement is recorded in Book 9 of Miscellaneous Records, at Page 169 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and property described as follows:
