<br />consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, to

<br />receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained. sold,
<br />assigned, transferred, and set over, and, by these presents, does grant,

<br />party of the second part. its successors and assigns, a certain INDENTURE OF

<br />and made by LESTER G. HUSTED AND CINDY K. HUSTED, HOSBAND AND WIFE

<br />to the premises therein described, as follows, to-wit:
<br />LOT 70, LE HEIGHTS FOURTH SOBDIVISION, A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING A PART OF
<br />THE EAST ~ OF THE NORTHWEST ~ OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH, RANGE 10 WEST OF THE
<br />6TH P.M. HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />Together with the note therein described, and the money due or to become due
<br />thereunder, including interest thereon, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto
<br />the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever,
<br />subject only to the provisions of said INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE therein
<br />contained.

<br />And the plrty of the first part does hereby make, constitute and appoint the
<br />said party of the second part, its true and lawful attorney, irrevocable, in
<br />its name, or otherwise, but at their own proper costs and charges, to have,
<br />use, and take all lawful ways and means for the recovery of the said money
<br />and interest, and, in case of payment, to discharge the same as the part of
<br />the first part might. or could do, if these presents were not made.
