Bish and Allene Bish, husband and wife, being the <br />owners of the East Half (E~) of Lot Seven (7) and all of Lot <br />Eight (8) in Block Fifty-four (54), Wasmer's Third Addition to <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall county, Nebraska, and' Howard E. <br />Tracy and Helen A. Tracy, husband and wife, being the owners of <br />Lot.Nine (9) in the same Block Fifty-four (54), each of whom are <br />in possession of the lots of which they are the record owners, do <br />hereby covenant and agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Affidavit and Agreement between them and recorded <br />at page 97 in Miscellaneous Book 25 in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall county is hereby cancelled and declared to be of <br />no further force or effect. <br /> <br />2. The cyclone fence referred to in the above referenced <br />Affidavit and Agreement has been moved from its former location <br />and is now located upon the line which separates the above <br />described Lots Eight (8) and Nine (9). <br /> <br />3.
