<br />FOR AND IN CDNSIDERATIOO OF One Dollar ($1.00) and other consideration,
<br />the undersigned, Donald G. Collister, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />does hereby sell, assign and transfer unto The Overland National ,Bank of
<br />Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, all my right, title and interest in and
<br />to a certain land contract dated August 21, 1981, and as amended on April 9,
<br />1986, between Donald G. Collister of Grand Island, Nebraska, "Seller", and
<br />Harlan D. Horky and Mariette E. Horky, Husband and Wife, of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, "Buyers", which contract covers the following:

<br />All of Lots Six (6) and Seven (7), in Block
<br />Fifteen (15) in Evans' Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, excepting therefrom
<br />the Northerly Thirty-Seven (37) Feet thereof,
<br />Hall O:mnty, Nebraska
<br />
<br />This Assignment is given to secure the payment of a certain note
<br />dated Novanber 10, 1988 for $10,000.00.
<br />
<br />It is further agreed that this Assignment shall be binding upon
<br />the successors and assigns of the Assignor.
